Rider Griswold has 24 years in the maritime and transportation industries, which has enabled him to provide the perspective and direction necessary to give clients the most up-to-date advantages in today's challenging freight market. In 1996 Rider established Argosy Shipping (USA), LP, focusing on break-bulk, project and heavy-lift cargoes. In the following ten years, he led the North American development of what became the world's largest break-bulk shipping company operating more than 135 modern vessels. In 2008, Rider returned his focus to Argosy, forming Argosy Transportation Group, Inc.

Mike Little
Vice President, Barge Division

Mike Little has more than 11 years of sales and management experience in the Marine Transportation industry. His focus for the past nine years has been providing marine transportation solutions on the inland waterways for the Petrochemical, Power, and refining industries. Mike specializes on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, and all the inland tributaries. He also has experience in transiting the Panama Canal, and the St. Lawrence Seaway into the Great Lakes. Mike also has five to eight years of experience moving offshore structures for the offshore drilling and exploration industry in the Gulf of Mexico.
