After representing BBC for 10 years, Argosy Shipping (USA), LP turns the U.S. operations over to BBC Leer. Argosy Shipping (USA), LP restructures its operations to include barge and ocean. Argosy Transportation Group, Inc. is formed as the parent company to Argosy Barge Lines, LLC, Argosy Shipping (USA), LLC, and DVN Carriers, LLC. We become asset owners of one used flat deck barge.

Argosy Barge Lines, LLC launches its first new build, the Jean-M 2501, a 250'x54'x12' flat deck barge.

Today, Argosy Transportation Group, Inc. specializes in marine transportation solutions for project and infrastructure cargoes as well as unique marine management projects.

Argosy Barge Lines, LLC is in the development stage of having two 250'x54'x12' ABS, flat deck barges built. Argosy's assets currently consist of two flat deck barges.
